  • To send commercial and/or promotional information related to the contracted service sector and value-added content for end-users, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws consent.

Categories of Data – What data do we process?

Based on the purposes outlined above, at Eneko Cid we manage the following categories of data:

If the user provides third-party data, they declare that they have obtained consent from those third parties and commit to inform them of the provisions contained in this clause, exempting Eneko Cid from any responsibility in this regard.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Eneko Cid is processing personal data concerning you.
